Self Care for Spiritual Directors
Self-care as NOURISHMENT
Self-care as REGULATING
Self-care as GOLDENING
Spiritual directors will have an opportunity to journal about a meaningful self-care experience and we’ll take time to look at what makes those experiences healthy self-care. We will reverence the connection between self-care and self-awareness with opportunities for prayer and sharing throughout our evening.
